The mission of the Eau Claire Tenant Landlord Resource Center is to provide information and services to tenants and landlords for the purpose of fostering better relationships. The Center provides information, advice, and early intervention mediation to resolve tenant/landlord disputes, thereby preventing costly legal interventions and evictions.

Amanda has lived in the Chippewa Valley since 2005. She transferred
to UW-Eau Claire in 2012 and fell in love with the city. She has
watched the city grow since that time and sees the benefits and
drawbacks of that growth. Amanda values being part of positive
change for our community. Everyone can make a difference, and the
biggest impact happens when we work together.
Amanda has experience in subsidized and market-rate property management,
long-term-care assisted living, and community organization. She was
elected to the Eau Claire County Board of Supervisors and served a
two year term from 2022-2024, where she was appointed to the ADRC
board and UW-Extension committee. Amanda is the current president
of her Neighborhood Association. She looks forward to forming
relationships with our partners and being a resource for those in need.
