"I was in a situation where the tenants above me were harassing me inside and outside of my apartment.
I talked to the landlord and the police. Unfortunately, I did not have enough proof to support my claims. I did not have an eyewitness.
I was beside myself. Through some research, I discovered the Eau Claire Tenant/Landlord Resource Center.
I received a wealth of information. I submitted multiple questions and received detailed information. I received sample, fill-in the blank, letters to the landlord, which I used.
When ever I texted the Eau Claire Tenant/Landlord Resource Center, they contacted me the very next day.
Also, the person that I usually talked to went on vacation. Eau Claire Tenant Resource Center texted me with the name of another person I could talk to until the original person I spoke with came back from vacation.
My situation with the landlord is resolved.
I felt very supported by the Eau Claire Tenant/Landlord Resource Center."
